"A lovely view from the balcony over the lake. Comfy bed and good shower. The walk around the lake was beautiful and about a 30 minute walk in the centre of MK. We would definitely stay again. Just remember to check in first before paying for parking. £9 if you check in with the hotel first but £14 otherwise."

"Milton Keynes is a nice area. It is a really tourist attraction however, this hotel is the worst Travelodge I have ever been to. Check in online and on my itinerary said 2pm but on arrival staff said 3pm, the had no toilet paper and said they had run out (which made no sense for such a big brand hotel), the customer service was lacking and the hotel room was definitely one star and looked and smelled like a motel. "

"The room was a little tired and dirty. The bathroom has not been cleaned well. There were hairs in the tub and marks/dirt on the toilet seat and around the sink area. The front desk staff were pleasant enough, though at check in I was told I owed £40 but I’d already paid the full amount. The redeeming part was the breakfast- good food and friendly staff. "
