"There was maybe one mark on the wall it took me two seconds to wipe it off. I dont blame the staff for this they are very hardworking men and women. It took me less time to clean a mark than it would've taken to find someone to clean that same mark. Never had a chance to eat breakfast or dinner at the onsen. But there was a very good selection of different places to eat within a couple of steps just outside the onsen. The staff were incredibly friendly most of them do not speak anything...
