The spa is included, except for the turkish bath, and it was clean and refreshing after a long day of travelling. "Magical location, really romantic and serene. We stayed at the castle which was a great and unique experience. We had a little issue with the toilet seat and the room was a bit small but I guess this was part of the charm of the place. Staff were really nice and friendly especially the somellier, yet some of them were very young and clearly needed some additional training. However, breakfast was nice and wine and rakish were divine. Place has so much charm and is really really unique."

"The ensuite room was clean and cosy with a lovely view of the garden. Breakfast was delicious and healthy, made fresh each day. When we requested dinner, this was also delicious and at a good price.The location was close some lovely towns and only 2.5hrs from Sofia. Wifi had good connectivity. The hosts were very friendly, had lots of suggestions for places to see and where to eat. They catered to us perfectly. Looking forward to coming again. "
