"Clean breakfast area and fresh food. Rooms recently renovated it seems but my room was dusty and didn’t get a real good vacuum so there were paper straws on the carpet and paper salt packets left around. Bed was a bit hard and lumpy. Shower was fine. "

I have been to other Hamptons with nicer breakfast item like omelets and choice of meats. Not a big deal but to me that was made it just ok. Also found out they charge $15.00 to park your car each night and when i questioned it I was told it on their site. I checked and it was, but I missed it. I am not a fan of paying...

"I really didn't have an opportunity to eat breakfast with them however my mother stated it was excellent. The rooms are clean and just as the picture very nice. I would definitely stay here again an suggest it to everyone. The Asian and Spanish front desk attendants were accommodating and extremely nice. The curly haired young lady was not so nice and that's coming from my mother. OVERALL COMFORTABLE AND CLEAN. The housekeeper comes everyday not like most of the hotel's I very stayed in."

"Check in was great until I was told I had to pay for parking but confirmed with other friends that stood there they were not charged. i have been to this location several times and never had to pay. Bunch of smokers on the property. Major concern the cleanliness of the room unacceptable. "Super friendly staff! Cozy B&B feel. Great location, walk to town or train station! LIRR and Pines super convenient. Amazing authentic chef made-to-order breakfast!!
