"The room hadn't even been swept, the room was beyond dusty, and the shower had mold in it. Then the hot tub was concreted in and no one told us about it being under construction. My kids were devastated, and the pool was freezing cold. Then the last straw was that the breakfast from all the pictures wasn't even real, in fact breakfast wasn't included at all. "

"Our room seemed to be an ADA accessible room (which we did not book and I hope that another guests wasn’t in need of this room). The overall cleanliness was not great. Bathroom mirror was filthy, counter tops and tables in room had remnants of dried liquids, dead bugs all over the top of the AC unit. No one came into our room the second day to clean so we had no towels. We called down for towels and none were delivered. We called again after waiting 30 minutes and we were told that they had no idea we needed towels and we would have to come get them ourselves. We would have just done that in the first place if we would have known. For the price we paid, it was just frustrating to not have a comfortable stay."

"The room looked like it has not been cleaned. It was very dirty. The heater/ac was dirty and smelled when turned on. The light by the sink did not work as well as the outlet near it. The toilet was not stable and moved. Lastly, the tv did not work and despite telling staff this twice nothing was done. "

"I stayed for three nights. The three times i got breakfast, it was bad. I got some bananas, eggs, sausage, potatoes, pancakes and French toast, muffins and orange juice. The pancakes and french toast was always stale, all three mornings. The eggs had a funny taste to them but they were ok. Every morning it was like that. Everything else was okay. The staff was good as well. My original room was not clean at all. Their was hair in the bathroom in the tub and on the floor and in the bed room. The room was not 'cleaned', more like straightened up. Check in is at 4 p.m. I spoke to staff about my room at 4:15-4:20 and staff told me that the cleaning crew was gone for the day. Staff recommended to give me cleaning spray to clean it myself. I requested a different room and asked if it was clean. Staff said yes but judging from the last room, i didnt believe it. I coukdnt get another room anywhere else so i was stuck with this. It wasnt the best but overall, it was... ok."

"The air conditioning will definitely keep you cool. Shower curtain rail could use a replacement. Kept sliding in the middle allowing water to splash out. Nothing a towel or two wouldn't dry up."

"The receptionist Rebecca was wonderful. Rebecca was kind, patient and very helpful. The room was great for our short stay 😁"
