"I booked two suites for a family getaway and requested adjoining rooms or rooms nearby. I booked it as one reservation and paid for both and listed my son as the person checking in on the second suite since they would be arriving later in the day. When we checked in for the first suite I asked if the second suite was adjoining and was told they didn’t have adjoining rooms. I asked if they were nearby and was told they couldn’t tell me where the second room was because my name wasn’t listed as the person checking in. Our rooms were on second floor and fourth floor."

"Very charming historic hotel with a lot of character. It was in the perfect location on Bath Row! The hotel staff was helpful and hotel was clean even though it was under renovations in several areas. Our room was very antique looking, clean and comfortable. The bathhouse services were relaxing. The food was good in their restaurant, The Venetian. I would like to return after renovations."

"Staff was amazing and very helpful. Bathtub wasn’t draining well and wasn’t fixed while we were there and showerhead was old and sprayed wierd, but that was the only issue we had. Nice stay otherwise."

"The team is welcoming and accommodating. The only thing I didn't like was, an update is in order! The interiors of the rooms are painted a gloomy dark greenish brown with brown trim and very old furnishings. Instead of replacing an old cushioned chair and ottoman, an unfinished upholstery cover was laid on top. I never sat in it. The bedspread was a very dark brown the toilet was missing bolt covers. For Hotsprings being such a famous tourist destination, I can't imagine not upgrading! The rooms look like you're going back to the 70's or early 80's and the furniture is probably original. Gloomy rooms. If you want a cheerful place you might want to pass this one up. The team works hard and deserve recognition but, the owner hasn't put anything back into the asset but, the absolute bare minimum. Also, it's not in walking distance to bath row or downtown. It's next to a man made water theme park that is not supplied by the mineral waters. You'll need to drive."

"Nice view from balcony. Faucet in tub didnt want to stop running and when we got to the room the tub had water in it. Other than those minor things everything was great; room was clean, facility was clean, plenty of parking and neighborhood was quiet."
