"On our journey from Labrador to Edmonton, we made a nice stop in Thunder Bay. Interestingly, before this, we had a short detour through Oklahoma! 😄
In Thunder Bay, we stayed two nights with the family. The beds were super comfortable, and even though our room was on the second floor, it was easy to step out and enjoy a walk outside. The area felt safe and peaceful.
I also took the opportunity to get our Kia serviced—everything went smoothly. The kids especially loved watching planes take off...
"The staff were really nice and friendly. Our room on the other hand was not as clean as it should be. We had to have the tub and vanity cleaned after we checked in. I have allergies and when we turned on the air conditioner the smell from the dirt inside caused a reaction. For 250.00 a night I would think The Ramada would do a better job. "
"Hotel was packed with a lot of people who had been evacuated because of the wild fires. Everyone seemed to be doing their absolute best in dealing with a difficult situation. Staff was outstanding and really rose to the occasion. Room was recently renovated and very comfortable. Overall the hotel is fine, but I found the staff exceptionally courteous and kind. "
