"The hotel was very clean and conveniently located. The one thing we didn't like was the size of the room. The room was listed as "1 queen bed (Queen Swanky). The bed in the room was definitely NOT a queen, it was a double size. When I mentioned this at the front desk the manager told me that was indeed a queen size "for their hotel". "I stayed in the Executive Suite. The bed and couch were SUPER hard, there was mold in the shower, and the refrigerator kept making a loud banging sound every half hour or so, like the condenser was broken or something. "It is very closed to the airport. If you are in a wheelchair you may not able to use the shuttle bus. Staff was not very useful helping us to find a wheelchair accessible taxi. I did it myself they told me they could not get it too early. Which was 6 am."

"This hotel is perfect for solo travelers that want to stay next to the airport. There is a team right next door that takes about 15 to get to terminal one. Very friendly and helpful employees. WARNING: there is a clear window into the shower from the other side of the room, meaning anyone else in the room easily and accidentally watch you shower. So the rooms are only for solo travelers or people that don’t mind. The glass is LIGHTLY frosted for a bit but is perfectly clear at eye level."

"Front lobby staff were excellent and very helpful on check-in, but had a rude experience with one front desk staff when asking for a late check-out, think the name was Karen and maybe a manager, who was very rude. She basically said "late check-out you pay" but when I went to the lobby to ask a young staff, she said "no problem take your time". We only checked-out late by about 15 minutes!
