"I booked 2 rooms one standard and one superior. The first night was a standard then the remaining few days I moved into a superior room. Hotel St. James were so accommodating to me. They allowed me to leave my bags and check out a little later. I came back mid day to check into my new room and I found out that they had my new room key ready and they moved my bags and stuff into my new room. The price was affordable and the location was great. Once I checked out I was able to store my bag there until I was ready to depart NYC. Thank you. "

"Nice and clean! I don’t think I’ve ever stayed somewhere with a microwave in the hotel before, so that was nice. Shower was kinda wimpy and beds were very firm and somewhat uncomfortable. 3$ water was kinda rough though. We didn’t drink it."

"When we got to our room, it was cold. The heating unit was blowing cold air. We requested to have someone come check the unit out; we were told to leave it at 70 degrees to warm the room up. We left for the afternoon and when we returned to the room was it was freezing. With lots of back and forth from the room to the front desk, we were offered another room. When I went to the room to gather my belongings, the room finally warmed up. Needless to say, it was an inconvenience. "
