"The room was very large and nice. Did have stone floors in the entrance and bathroom and some were uneven so I would recommend indoor shoes. Bed was a bit soft but comfy. Liked that they had 2 arm chairs to relaxin. Bathroom had a huge shower and a large soaker tub separate. Would have been nice to have some shelves in the large shower. Amazing shower head and rain shower head. Heated floor in the bathroom and light up mirror. What surprised me with such a fancy bathroom is that they use “sheet” toilet paper instead of toilet paper on a roll. Felt cheap. The spa was amazing. Had a facial with arm and leg massage and it was so relaxing! Nice big robes in the room you can use for the spa. Enjoyed the restaurant and the lounge. Food was great! Staff was very friendly. The views from the main building is incredible from the foyer, lounge, restaurant and common area on the 2nd floor. Would recommend staying on a higher floor. Did not use the balcony as it just faced bushes. Quick drive into town or you can take a longer walk. Would stay here again."

"The apartment has a fantastic view overlooking the harbour and had everything we needed. Our only fault is that the property itself is a little tired and was rather dusty and dated in areas. Typically I would let the dustiness slide however we had a late check in and an earlier check out than average. This being said, the apartment is a great base for exploring Ucluelet."

"The location is excellent, five minutes away from the Co-op Grocery Store and across the street from the bus stop. (Amazing transit value, $5 adult fare, $2 for seniors takes you all the way to Tofino!) Approximately a half hour walk to the beautiful Wild Pacific Trail. Bed was very comfortable, we found the sink drain a bit tricky and weren't sure how to use the induction cooking platter so stuck with the microwave. Office staff very courteous and helpful. It's always nice when baggage storage is permitted to allow time for last minute sightseeing, etc. after checkout."
