"The room was spacious and nice. There was a refrigerator but no microwave in the room. Parking and location with transportation to the airport was very good. Breakfast was lacking, with no fresh fruit other than old bananas. The workout room had no cups for water, no dumbbells or bench. It only had a reclining stationary bike, a broken Peleton bije and two tread mills. There were four weighted balls and some kettle weights. The room was small. Staff was OK but not overly friendly or accommodating. I will try Hampton Inn next time."

"The room was immaculate with excellent fixtures in the bathroom. The window unit was a wee loud but it kept us cool day and night. The fridge worked well and looks adorable. The (free) laundry was great too. There are two washers and two dryers. "

"I am writing to provide feedback regarding my recent stay here. While the rooms were clean and the stay was generally pleasant, I was very disappointed with the service provided by the front desk staff. I found the level of hospitality to be unacceptable; there was no welcome, greeting, or any effort made to make guests feel invited. Specifically, this morning, the staff member on duty remained seated on her phone. When I said hello, she looked at me as if I were pestering her. I believe it is important for customer service representatives to understand that their main purpose is to provide friendly and professional service to guests. "When I arrived there were 2 APD Units parked at the main entrance, as I was walking up I could hear loud music coming from a room above and little kids probably under 5 hanging out on the balconies yelling, parking lot is dimly lit. Front desk staff seemed friendly to the couple in front of me but I got a whole different or lack of friendly from the same lady. She was very blunt, didn’t make any small talk, didn’t even make eye contact with me, kept her head down and did her thing. Like what happened to her being friendly just a few minutes prior. The rooms are a bit overwhelming when it comes to decorating but the hotel had a 8.2 review so I decided to give it a chance. The walls are so thin I could hear a man hacking up his lungs all night, my heating and cooling unit sounded like it was on its last leg, so much noise from people sliding the balcony doors open and closed, people down in the pool area & I was on the 4th floor. In the morning I realized the reason I probably heard so much noise was because my ac unit wasn’t properly attached to the wall and I could see the outside when I opened the panel to adjust the temperature. Overall seems like a run down ghetto hotel, I don’t recommend at all. "

"Very unique styling, we enjoyed the fun re take on the old motel style of mid century America. Friendly staff and the restaurant was delish! I don’t know what they use, but the entire place smells wonderful, puts you in a peaceful mood. Not much parking around there, but they have their own valet for $25. The pool area is lovely. I booked this last minute and was so pleasantly surprised… it was a Saturday night but got it for a great price. "
