The staff was helpful and friendly. Although small, the room was clean and amenities were adequate. The bed was extremely comfortable! Probably the best sleep I’ve had in a long while. Breakfast was simple, but there were a few protein options such as hard boiled eggs, yogurt and peanut butter. Will definitely stay here again.
That’s my first time staying at Spark by Hilton, and I’m not disappointed! Pretty basic, but room was clean, shower cabin was modern, continental breakfast was a perfect way to start the morning. Located in a middle of everything, literally - just steps away from dozen of restaurants and cafes, Walmart Shopping Center, Megaplex, etc
I will definitely be back, it’s my new favorite spot to stay in Cedar City.
The room was clean. The staff was great, but the room was not very well. Insulated every single time someone walked down the hall or open the door doors surrounding our room we were shook awake by shaking walls and loud noises. It’s kind of like a motor in so people are coming and going at all hours of the night so don’t stay here if you’re planning on getting a good night sleep.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Nice facility, staff is great but the elevator is in serious need of maintenance; at the third floor when starting to go down it is binding up making a terribly unsettling loud noise and you can feel the grinding metal vibration. No elevator inspection certificate posted or mentioned.
The room was clean. Property was clean. Every time the neighbors would leave (which unfortunately it started at about 5:00 a.m.) the doors made a horrendous opening and closing noise/rattle. You could hear conversations in rooms next door and people walking down hallway. Other than that, it was a nice stay.
We had a great stay here; the room was clean, quiet and had everything we needed. The only thing that left a bit to be desired was the morning breakfast. Admittedly, we were hoping for just a bit more than yogurt, juice, and a few other things.
Shampoo in the shower was missing. Toilet was not thoroughly cleaned

Was advertised in Hotels.com as a 9.4 hotel. Excellent? Was not impressed with the breakfast in the morning. It was advertised as " top rated ".Did not agree with their rating. The manager said it was a new concept for HILTON. Bagel breakfast bar. No hot food or waffles available. I personally reserved this hotel on line since it was advertised as a Hilton hotel. Not even close to a Hilton property. Would not stay at this hotel again!
Sierra at the front desk was awful. I don't think I have ever had someone in customer service be so rude. It was late at night and she would not open the door for me until someone else came and she had to open the door. It was not her fault that they did not have the room that we thought we had booked and paid extra for, but she did not handle the situation well at all.
