"This hotel was very close to so many good things the staff and the accommodations and the grounds were great. The beach was great! However, if you’re traveling to the Cayman Islands from the United States after fees and tips our dollar approx. 50 on everything not the Hotel fault but it’s something to think about. Also in the last 15 years a lot hotels got together annd said. “Resort fee” and there was a $41 resort fee every day. It was probably in the fine print somewhere. And the 15% service fee on all dining and drinks go back to Corporate and the servers get none of that so you need to give them nice tips so basically you’re gonna be paying a 30% tip on everything that is a beautiful island"

"Local was a perfectly fine hotel @ a great location. Walkable to plenty of areas including downtown George Town. (40 min walk with beautiful views) The staff was helpful and friendly, always eager to give you suggestions of what to do, where to go and how to get there. The free breakfast items were linited but enough for a week stay and the amenities wee just fine, beach chairs were often broken. The all you can eat BBQ was def one of the highlights, served 3 times a week, even licals spoke about going there for it, the p4ice was also very good at around 25 dollars per person. Overall Locale was a good and affordable hotel to stay in at Grand Cayman, I will most likely came back!"
