"I hope that this place stays as spectacular as it is. The zenses is an exceptional find. I plan to stay there over and over again. While I build my home in Belize. I’ve told all my clients and friends about this place. The staff, including restaurant/bar staff were incredible and knowledgeable. I plan to stay at the zenses every time. It’s very clean. "We booked this property primary because it had a swim up bar on the beach. Well, the book pool was closed for repair on arrival with no notice and all we got was a sorry. I would have booked else where had I know the pool was closed."

"This hotel is old and needs updated. Nothing like the pictures in the photo . No elevators and stairs are not manageable especially after a long day of walking around the island. You have to ask for everything including towels. The rooms are dark and cold. No view except to a dirty yard space between buildings. If you are just using it to sleep then this is the hotel for you. It does not feeling like a vacation room on the cayes. Not worth the cost. Very disappointed will never stay here again....

"I don't recommend unless your fine with basic amenities. Building is old to old for my taste and need alot of upgrading. Room was quite old and dusty, I didn't want to to touch shower curtains and I wore slides in shower. Bed was not comfortable and I was glad I brung a small blanket to cover my pillow. AC was ok but not as cold as expected. I had baby geckos running around my room. No pool, but they do have bikes you can borrow. Overpriced for what its worth. Staff was nice."
