O banheiro do quarto nao estava em condicoes de uso. Nao havia agua quente a noite e nem pela manha para tomar um banho, sendo uma das semanas mais frias do ano com temperatura proxima de 6 graus. A toneira estava solta e tinha que segurar para abrir, sem agua quente. A valvula da descarga com o acabamento solto, dificultando o acionamento. Quarto com parte do piso em carpete antigo. Nao devereia ser o padrao de um hotel que cobrou proximo de R$ 400,00 a diaria.
