Aquecimento do quarto não estava funcionando. No domingo não saímos, pois combinamos de jantar no restaurante do hotel e no cardápio/encarte que fica no quarto informava atendimento a partir das 18h, para nossa surpresa o restaurante não atende no domingo à noite e, em nenhum lugar ou alguém informou que não atenderiam, nem no próprio restaurante onde almoçamos e falei que iríamos jantar à noite.
