Cuba do banheiro estava desolada, o atendimento da recepção é ruim, pessoal não foi capaz de levar dois travesseiros no quarto. Café da manhã é ruim, café frio e atendentes do restaurante andam com roupas sujas fazendo a reposição do café.

Quarto limpo, porém o lençol de baixo nao tinha elásticos, acordamos sem lençol na cama, o que não é um problema. Sugiro mais agilidade por parte da equipe da cozinha, reposição dos utensílios como xícaras e talheres demorada.

Hotel horrível! Péssima limpeza e conservação , ficamos nele pois estava bem avaliado mas foi decepcionante. Cheiro de mofo, paredes com infiltração, forro de cama como buracos, edredom sujo. Único ponto positivo foi o atendimento dos funcionários.

Normal, meu quarto(321)tinha trincas nas paredes e teto,nao sei se era do reboque ou da laje. Entramos num dos elevadores ,no terreo,,estava um degrau grande, nao funcionava,ai o pessoal da manutenção gritou do teto q estava em manutenção, mas nem um aviso,nem uma placa,nem um cone,nada para impedir os hospedes de entrarem no elevador...muito grave.

O hotel no geral é bom, mas precisa de alguns cuidados de manutenção como pegador da porta do box e limpeza embaixo da cama. O café estava lotado no domingo e a equipe parecia perdida demorando para limpar as mesas e repor o buffet.

A equipe do hotel foi muito simpática. O café da manhã tinha uma boa variedade, porém, pessoalmente, prefiro bolos caseiro... Quanto ao quarto, o tamanho é suficiente, as paredes já estão precisando de uma nova camada de tinta, a televisão não era Smart e só tem os canais abertos. Nada demais, considerando o preço da estadia.
