Just about everything was fine....staff was friendly....room / bathroom were clean / functional, bed was comfortable, room had enough conveniently-located outlets for laptop, phone charging, etc., gym was adequate, breakfast was well laid-out and tasty.....If I had to give them a "demerit", it would be that the room could have used more than just large towels - i.e., a couple hand towels and wash cloths would have been appreciated....an otherwise "5" gets knocked down to a "4.5" or "4.6" accordingly.

Hotel excelente custo/benefício. Pena que sempre há problemas com o café da manhã. Fico seguido neste hotel e é tudo perfeito, menos o café da manhã. Desta vez novamente houve uma espera de ~15 min por ovos e café novamente frio. Normalmente os hospedes tem tempo contado para sair para compromissos e não há tempo para esperar. É uma pena que não conseguem dar jeito de melhorar. Já cansei de reclamar.
