Very convenient hotel in the wine region. Easy access by car, half an hour from different tourist attractions. Friendly staff; good breakfast. There is a decent Japanese restaurant next door.

Minha experiência no hotel foi frustrante, principalmente no atendimento da recepção. Chegamos cerca de 20 minutos antes do horário de check-in e, mesmo havendo quartos disponíveis, o check-in foi negado sem qualquer tentativa de flexibilização. Entendo regras, mas faltou bom senso e empatia. Quando finalmente fomos atendidos, a postura da equipe foi fria, passando a sensação de que estavam nos fazendo um favor. Estávamos com uma criança de colo e não houve nenhuma prioridade ou cuidado adicional. Também não recebemos nenhuma explicação sobre o funcionamento do hotel, horários ou estrutura. A recepção é o primeiro contato com o hóspede e, no nosso caso, deixou muito a desejar.
