"We had a lovely stay! The host was very welcoming and friendly. The apartment was spotless, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed. Comfortable beds, a welcome drink in the fridge, and outdoor toys for the kids made it feel extra special. Very child-friendly and just 11 minutes from shops and a bakery. Highly recommended!"

"Loved this place! Stayed 2 nights with my wife and had dinner there both nights as menu has many interesting choices. Zaron and his wife are both exellent cooks with gourmet flair. Got a jucuzzi suite which helped with the sore legs after hiking in Plitvice. If you want home cooking and a quiet place to relax this is it."

"Zivan was an outstanding host and made planning our visit to Plitvice Lakes so much easier. He showed us exactly where to park and even pointed us toward a local entrance with hidden viewpoints that were completely empty—such a special experience. "Great location. There are restaurant and small convenient store in front of hotel. It is also close to Plitvice national park just 5 min drive. However, wifi does not work when I was there. The bathroom is also good."

"Clean room, helpful owner. Plenty of breakfast options, starting at 8am. Convenient to have dinner there. Would recommend property. Can leave car at property and walk the 1.5km to Flora entrance and then to P3 boat dock, or drive part way and park near Flora entrance. Route C works well after boat docks at P2."

"We arrived at night after a long day through tight and winding roads. It was a relief for a host to receive us the moment we parked. The room was excellent and breakfast the next day was substantial to prepare us for a full day at the waterfalls. Best part was that we get to enter the park by the 3rd entrance, which is not busy and parking is free. "
