"Everything was perfect. Lovely rooms, friendly staff. In particular the wonderful staff in the club lounge who went out of their way to make me feel at home. Very friendly and remembered coffee order every morning. Thank you for an excellent stay. "
"The hotel was very good value for money considering the location. The service, knowledge and care from Rajan was amazing. Nothing was a problem and he cared for and connected with us daily to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Great customer service is so hard to find these days. Thank you Rajan. "
"The Mercure Icon Hotel sits in the heart of Chinatown. The streets are abuzz with action and colour. If you love culture this is a great place to be. The options for wonderful food are everywhere. The 50metre pool is also a special par of the hotel."
"Came for our honeymoon, had a great experience. Staff is friendly and the breakfast buffet is awesome. Only thing was our room had the ants (which are common in Singapore due to heat) on the bed head board and switches. The hotel quickly sprayed it and treated it tho once we let them know. Didn’t see any ants after that! "
