"I picked this property solely for the price. It was located on a small stretch of road with other run-down low-cost properties and did not shine as the best one. It was an unpleasant shock to pre-pay for the room and then find there was a $100 cash fee that would be refunded at check-out after the room had been inspected. Since the front of the AC in my room fell off as I turned it on, it didn't bode well for me that I'd get my money back!
