"What a gem of a hotel. Quiet, such a neat, relaxed vibe, and a great walkable property "

"**ABSOLUTELY DO NOT STAY HERE!** THIS IS NOT A RESORT, IT IS A MOTEL!! Completely misleading online. A motel is fine, if I close to book one, I booked a ‘Resort’ per their website & Expedia. We came for my son’s Baseball Spring Training, so our main requirements were ice machine, laundry, good shower W lots of towels (was 100+degrees), and outdoor pool * ROOM WAS EGGED* & Nextdoor. Told reception about it, she said our room#, said ‘oh you guys too?! It’s been happening for a month! Ice Machines neither worked. Laundry machines are located outside (weird) only 1 machine worked ; reception didn’t have enough change to use machines. Tub in our bathroom didn’t drain, ever. After 1 person, it was half full, after 2nd person tub completely full, had to wait an hour so 3rd person could use it. Towels were tiny & thin. The soap was a tiny bar, 1”x2”,People should share a bar of soap, just gross. Only a 30ml of shampoo. SO had to buy our own. -Bathroom walls were covered in mould. -Carpet was gross, def keep shoes on at all times. -All but 1 lightbulb was out in our room. -Safe was broken (which they knew when we mentioned it) -Housekeeping is by required which is fine. At check-in, she said we can setup automatically for them to come every other day, which was fine. EXCEPT, they never came. Pool was gross, lime green, almost every lounger was broken. They refused to give a receipt at checkout, then charges our card after we left. But there were free donuts everyday."

"Great bar selection...was a bit of a bummer finding seats available at River Ranch, a little over crowded. Also finding parking with all the construction going on was challenging. But overall we do like this place come every year!"

"Every single member of the staff that I met was friendly, helpful and made me feel good about being there. I especially enjoyed the spa, and when I left my watch in my robe pocket, they found it and returned it to me."

"Room was decent but sleeper couch had stains and foul ordor. Housekeeper could use some tips when it comes to cleaning. Not the same food options we had 6 years ago. Someone charged food to room when we went to check out had bill for something we didnt order. Overall for the price paid not impressed."

"The hotel is older. The first room we were put in smelled musty and the restroom was dirty. The 2nd room we were put in was fine. The restroom was updated but the carpet in the room was dirty. The beds were very uncomfortable. "
