"The hotel was okay overall. It was clean and comfortable enough for a short stay, but it’s quite out of the way, so getting to and from attractions took more time than expected. There wasn’t anything particularly special or memorable about the property itself. On the positive side, the staff were friendly, helpful, and made check-in and any questions easy to deal with."

"Took the train from Luxembourg to the Central Station (Gare Centrale). From there took the Metro to Schuman station (4 stops) and it was about a 10 minute walk to the hotel from there. Need to buzz in to reception and then again once inside. After that was able to register and get my keys for the room and a separate key for the exterior doors. While it’s listed as a hotel, I sort of thought of this as a short-term studio apartment rental. Room was really big. There were a few quirky things...

"Upon our arrival, we were upgraded to a suite which was wonderful. Drinks and nuts at the bar were very good. However, it was odd that we had to ask if it was open, and reception had to call for the bartender. The bartender didn't ask if we wanted more drinks either; he brought us the tab and left. Pretty disappointed as he also didn't clean up a dirty table. Staff were friendly when we needed something as we did need a fan. Now I realize we had very hot days but our room really never did...

"NH Collection Grand Sablon is an excellent hotel to stay at. The staff are genuinely warm, friendly, and always willing to help. Its location is ideal, with many of the city’s main monuments within easy walking distance, and it’s only an 8–9 minute walk from the central station."

"There is no AC. Which wasn’t disclosed. I could hear the squeak of my bed when I turned and same for the people upstairs. While the lobby is nicely decorated the indoor hallways are a nasty stained white carpet. Also THERE IS NO BAR as advertised. They simply sell a couple alcoholic drinks which you better finish in one go as the rooms have no refrigeration. In addition the awkward arrangement with the bed and large TV made for a narrow passage. I have had some rough stays but I was expecting...
