Staff were excellent and very friendly. Hotel and room were clean and very comfortable with tea and coffee facilities. There was a private garage for parking and street parking was good and safe. If you don’t mind walking the centre isn’t too far. Would recommend staying here

First time in Brussels

Hotel is nicely located in the EU area near the Metro station and row of restaurants. Room is quite small including beds whose mattresses need to be upgraded. Breakfast food is very limited and could use some improvement.

The property seems to be fairly run down and the room felt dirty by default: The Showercurtain is yellowed and dirty at the bottom, the curtains have marks, there were stains on the sheets, on level 1 it seems that there is duct tape holding the floor together near the lift. The bed was comfortable enough. The coffee provided in the room was instant coffee.

Weekend work in Brussels

This business trip required 4 rooms. From check in with Duran til our moment of departure, we were treated royally in this charming EU quartier The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful Breakfast is a banquet. Enjoy the fresh waffles. It’s about a 25 minute walk to the grand square downtown. But only 2 minutes to the Metro.
