"I had 3 dogs 8 weeks old 1 lb 10 weeks old 3 lb and a 8 lb senior dog and they charged 25$ a dog which was not stated on the reservation. I will never go back and then we walked out to see a person trying to break in our car not in pressed. That was with quality inn but they were joint with comfort in who oils have only charged for one dog really and that was the one that was willing to go out and sea with the person in the parking lot that went to another car and the alarm was going off. "

"We were in room 120. There was loud noise from the lobby until very late. The heater/AC also very noisy. My husband believes he heard several gunshots in the middle of the night. Then at 5:32AM, I was awakened by kitchen cabinets being slammed numerous times and metal clanging. It was startling and I couldn’t go back to sleep. Turns out our room was on the other side of where breakfast was served at 6AM. I got dressed and went to Hardee’s across the street to get carry out breakfast. Some woman was running around the parking lot screaming at the top of her lungs. I never was so glad to leave a hotel in my life. I have never had a problem with a Wyndham Hotel before."

"Didn’t stay because they oversold the hotel!"

"There were no grab bars or non-skid mat in the shower. Sheraton should fix this. I had to repeatedly get on the floor and crawl under a table to access a power outlet to charge my devices. That’s not easy for me to do anymore. I was disappointed that dinner wasn’t available at the bar on weekends. When I have eaten there before, it was better than the restaurant in back. The staff were courteous and helpful. Thank you."

"Staff is excellent! The room looked a little rough around the edges. Nail polish dumped down the bedside table and onto the carpet. Spots on the carpet as well. Not sure when the top blanket on the bed had been laundered last. I folded it down and went on. The property is beautiful and is close to the highway. Easy access to everything. The lobby is nice and inviting. The breakfast was good. "

"Hotel is separated into two buildings. One for the lobby, pool, fitness center and restaurant and the other for all the rooms. A hallway connects the two. Its a non smoking hotel which is great, except when people are outside the door smoking, the smoke gets sucked into the hallway towards the restaurant due to the cross breeze when the doors open. The restaurant is over priced for the food you get. I purchased a Philly cheesesteak sandwich for $15 and it looked like a kids sandwich on a small hamburger bun. It did come with fries. The bed was comfortable, but I probably wouldn't book at this hotel again. Its more of an $89/night hotel and not $149/night."

"Sam was very friendly and helpful with directions and info, parking was attached, our room was very quiet. This issue is not directed at this particular hotel, but why is there no place to put a towel near the shower. Shower was good size, but towel was across the room, and it is NOT safe to walk across to get a towel, when you are dripping wet. Who wants to put there towel on the floor so it is close and then use it to dry off. We have encountered this in numerous hotels and it’s quite aggravating. Evidently designers never stay in hotels."
