"Loved our stay. Mom and 4 kids. Beautiful space. Fantastic staff. Very helpful with local recommendations, food delivery afterhours and services in the hotel. Very comfy rooms. The included breakfast options were very diverse and delicious - lots to choose from (they offer complete menu included for breaky!). We felt the value was wonderful. Very happy there and will 100% book again if in Leon! Highly recommended. Only downside was sno hot water showers but it did not affect our stay overall....

"I booked and paid for this hotel before arrival. At check in, I was told my card wasn't working so I would need to pay another sum to check in. I showed the staff my credit card statement with the payment, after which they claimed I had only paid for half of the amount. I paid because I needed the room, but hotels.com refunded me later. Unfortunately, this felt like a scam, but I don't blame the staff for it, it seems like they were told to do this by the managers of the hotel. The room itself...

"The front guy from the check in didn't know much of what was going on. It took a while te get our room keys and to be charged. We were in a hurry so I just the rooms and they smelled awful and one of the beds had red spots. I let the guy know and he said he would see it later so I took off. When we came back I didn't want to stay there so I told him if we could have a refund or at least half and they said NO. I went to find another hotel where I stayed. I wouldn't recommend or have this...

"La propiedad esta metida en 1 lugar bien metido y peligroso ya que han havido muchos asaltos por ese camino y como hivamos de noche decidi no arriesgar a mi familia. 1 total fracaso. Llame muchas veces al hotel y nadie me contesto la llamada. De verdad muy mala atension al cliente"
