"The hotel is nice and the staff are wonderful. It needs to pay attention to a few details to make the experience outstanding. 1. Housekeeping did not fill the lotion in the bathroom, so we had no lotion in the room the last two days. Two, the first night you get a complimentary bottle of water suitable for one person. We stayed for four nights and had one personal complementary bottle of water the entire time. Two, there is a lovely rooftop. It needs umbrellas to make it enjoyable when the sun is out. Finally, most 5-star hotels offer a complimentary desert or cocktail when you let them know you are marking a special occasion. Not this hotel. "

"Loved everything about this location. Breakfast was excellent. Rooms were spacious and staff is very friendly. I have only one complaint. In the description of the property it states that there is parking. There are 5 spaces in front of the hotel and they were always taken. There was back street parking suggested but there are no designated spaces for this hotel. We ended up parking at a public lot and walking to the hotel."

"The 2 bedroom apartment was very spacious, daily cleaning. Friendly staffs. Laundry machine in the kitchen was convenient to wash clothes. Kitchen was well equipped. The appartment has all the utilities, stove, fridge, microwave; however, you will need to bring your own laundry detergent. We didn't cook. If you want to cook, you need to get your own supplies (cooking oil, salt, pepper, etc). There is a big super market within 5 minutes walking where we got cooked foods, bakery, fruits, milk for our stay . It's a perfect location right at the marina where you can go for boat tours and taking trails to view rock formations in the beaches nearby. We loved our stay at Marina club suite hotel"

"The family room was very clean and spacious do a group of 3. The staff are very kind and the daily housekeeping is great as well. The only con is that with the curtains closed, the room can be dark as there is not a big main light, just smaller lamps on the sides of the bed"

"This place was great. Central location, great breakfast, spacious rooms and attentive staff. My only issue was when I arrived they put me on floor one which had no view and no view. Then they put me on floor 4 overlooking a bus station. So be careful when you get there and get clear about where your room is. I would have easily given this place a 5 star except for that"
