"Thank you for a great stay. This hotel has great parking as opposed to the areas closer to the falls. The rooms were very large and all staff was nice and kind. We could walk to many great restaurants and all the attractions and tours. Please consider staying here!"

"What a wonderful experience we had at cannery lofts! We arrived in the evening and we're greeted with friendly service and had been upgraded to a two room suite for our stay. Our daughter had her own room and we all had space to spread out a bit. An open kitchen area was great for keeping a few groceries and having a place we could all sit together to eat breakfast and prepare for our day. "Walking distance to the falls and the tourist area. Super easy to get to from the Rainbow Bridge and parking was easy. My breakfast (omelette) was delicious, and the fresh fruit was a pleasant surprise. I would definitely stay again - in fact, I am looking forward to it!"

"From the perspective of 2 seniors, the Loft required far too many stairs, so they should have posted an "Accessibility Advisor". The view was great, however the electrical was highly outdated. A telltale sign is electrical outlet bars, and a lack of fans, particularly in the bathroom, so we had to run the A/C at a low temp (65 F) all nite. The location of the TV was a bit obtuse. "You know everything is wonderful when the only thing you can complain about are the bathtubs. They are a little too curved, meaning no flat spot to stand with both feet. Other than that the place is great!"

"The only bad thing is that they never cleaned the room. I can understand that they're "eco-friendly," but that doesn't excuse not changing towels or anything. It was only clean when we arrived.... everything else was fine, pool and jacuzzi very good"
