"The staff was most helpful and polite. Our room with a balcony, over looked Seneca Lake. Something we found most enjoyable. Sitting on the balcony and having dinner and chatting with other guests. We will surely recommend this venue to friends and we will come back next year. It is a 2 minute car ride to the main strip, where the shops and restaurants and the park is located. Not to mention, its less than 15 mins to Watkins Glenn race track."

"I loved the balcony and the view on the lake also a deck with chairs and fire pit for everyone to use it. Rooms were clean. Staff was very nice. Its a busy hotel so if you want eat dinner dont wait until they ran out of the food like we did."

"This was a great old mansion that has been restored. Jen was a wonderful host. She gave good suggestions for things to do in the area. She also served a wonderful breakfast each morning. There was plenty of coffee in the upstairs guest kitchen as well as tasty homemade treats. It was quiet and that was nice. You should be aware that since this is an old house, there is no elevator and all the guest rooms are on the second floor. There's also lots of stairs from the house to your car. So if you can't do stairs, this is not the place for you. Also, no TV's in the room but the WIFI was good so you could just stream on your personal devices."

"We really enjoy the inn, its very cozy and comfortable. We especially love the breakfasts at the restaurant. "delicious!!! However we did notice that some of the small things that needed repairs last year were still not attended to, and the landscaping was very upkept, weedy and messy looking."
