"Breakfast was okay. Room was large, however furniture was not clean."

"We booked this hotel more than six months in advance and specifically requested a handicap-accessible room due to my sister being in a wheelchair. When we arrived in the evening, we were told no handicap rooms were available because they had not been cleaned—and there was no staff on site to prepare one. As a result, we were placed in a standard room that did not meet our needs. Because of this, my sister was unable to shower. There was no safe way to get her into the shower and no proper seating or accessibility features. This wasn’t just an inconvenience—it was a basic need that the hotel failed to accommodate. When we spoke with management the next morning, the response was simply that the situation was “unacceptable” and that they should have had someone available to clean the room. There was no meaningful resolution, follow-up, or effort to make things right, which was very disappointing. Additionally, the hotel’s proximity to the airport is much closer than expected. The noise and frequency of planes were significant—you can practically feel them as they pass. Overall, this experience showed a serious lack of preparation and concern for guests requiring accessibility accommodations. We would not stay here again and would caution others—especially those needing handicap-accessible rooms—to confirm arrangements very carefully before booking."

"I have spent over 20K on several rooms since April 5th. I will never ever stay at not only a LaQuinta again but all Wyndham properties. By the way my budget for hotels annually is north of 200K. Clown show at this hotel!!!!!"

"The hotel was pretty clean but the rooms had very distinguished smells. Probably because of the carpets ad dust in them."

"My stay was great. I was able to uber from the hotel to downtown Nashville without any problems. Hotels location is perfect for travelers since it’s close to the airport. Staff was friendly and helpful as well."

"PARKING WAS ATTROCIOUS! THE OWNER WAS THERE A SPENT 5 DAYS HOGGING THE 1 OF 3 HANDICAPPED PARKING NEXT TO THE FRONT DOOR! HE HAD NO HADDICAPPED TAGS OR WINDSHIELD HANG UP PLACKARD! I am handicapped! Had to walk over wet grass that was uneven in total darkness because their parking lot could NOT accommodate about 25 people. ThIs was for 4 nights the same. His staff said he feels entitled to park there, although he is NOT IN ANY HADDICAPPED!! I WILL NOT STAY THEIR AGAIN BECAUSE OF THE OWNER'S NON-CARING ATTITUDE"
