"The staff went out of their way to make us welcome, they were courteous, kind and helpful whenever they had the opportunity. You felt at home immediately. Breakfast was amazing! There was so much choice and everything was delicious. Hospitality was excellent, they couldn’t do enough for you. Delightful room with great facilities. Fantastic location, you could see and enjoy the sea, the castle is in clear view and many restaurants are nearby. Would highly recommend staying here! "

"This is a beautiful super clean hotel located right in the heart of Sorrento. Every morning there is a lovely breakfast with an excellent staff. The front desk professionals treated us wonderfully, with many extras. When we asked to stay another day Manager Stefano accommodated
us perfectly. This is the place to stay in Sorrento. "

"This hotel is beautiful and luxurious, however what made the stay so enjoyable is the quality of the staff. They were all very helpful and attentive, nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing stay. Great base for exploring Pompeii, Naples city and also Sorrento/Amalfi but you also have the peace of being outside the busy centre of Naples. 9.5/10. "

"El hotel queda frente al muelle. Muy bonito, la habitación miy confortable. Habitaci on vista al mar. El skybar es genial.
El desayuno es muy bueno.
Si se llega en tren lo mejor es bajar en el ascensor.

"Lovely hotel and balcony (we booked a partial sea view). The most wonderful staff who really supported a gluten free diet guest. The dedicated free shuttle bus was a great addition. If you can, would highly recommend the boat excursion to Capri/grotto Verdi, arranged by the hotel. The most fantastic trip! "
