Lovely stay

We had a roof terrace room and it was a really lovely room. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly. The swimming pool was gorgeous. Free parking right outside. The town of caslano was beautiful, lovely circuit walk right from the hotel and we walked down to the historic centre at night to eat takeaway pizza at the side of the lake, as well as eating in the grotto opposite. Also you can hire a boat down by the lake which was a highlight. Not far to drive to Lugano or morcote or you can get the train easily. Loved it and would stay again!

L’établissement est paisible, calme et dans un quartier très agréable. La chambre était propre et le nécessaire était là. Le personnel était très gentil et serviable. Si je dois émettre des suggestions, une machine à café dans la chambre aurait été appréciable et je peux me permettre, aussi un peu de « home staging » afin de rendre cet endroit parfait, mais je cherche les petits détails ;) Mais pour pouvez y aller les yeux fermés!

Altes Gasthaus mit schönen garten

Wir haben uns dieses Hotel gediegener vorgestellt, aber leider war es zu laut von den anderen Gästen und wir waren im Garten so eng aufeinander, dass man die Gespräche der Nachbarn mithören muss. Zimmer sind viel zu klein. Der Pool ist wunderschön mit den Natursteinen, so etwas habe ich noch nie gesehen.
