"Great stay in June and July with Greenwood Hotel. The booking process was easy through Hotels.com, but impossible if trying to book direct. The front desk staff was absolutely fantastic and helped us book a car rental when our initial reservation was cancelled by the company. The only downside is that we didn’t have great wifi from our room, so we had to get creative when it came to finding access in town, but this was a minor inconvenience compared to the awesome front desk staff service. "Nice hotel with great wellness area, exclusive suite was spacious room. Unfortunatelly the meals provided are below average and its taste varies hugely from day to day. In our case 2 out of 5 days the food was good, the other 3 days was merely edible. Also, the service in the restaurant is nothing but chaos, where everyone is doing everything. There is total lack of experience (e.g. Question: What white wine you have? Answer: Dry.) Drinks have to be ordered separatelly, not even water is...

"We enjoyed every moment of our stay. The hotel is modern and clean, the stuff is friendly and polite, and the breakfast was tasty. Pool & SPA are ensuring good relaxation, although a +1~2°C in the pool would make it even better. Only one thing that is a little bit exaggerated = parking fee."
