Very tight and the air conditioner/Heather didn’t works properly and was leaking inside the room. On the other room that a family member stayed there was a leak on the toilet and the air conditioner/Heather also was not working. Only one towel per guest was provided and the were old and no soft.

Barulho de outros quartos.

O quarto que me disponibilizaram possuia uma porta para outro quarto e era possível ouvir tudo, havia um senhor que conversava ate muito tarde, parecia que estava no meu quarto. Isso ocorre pelo fato do hotel ser antigo. Nao recomendo a estadia se deseja uma boa noite de descanso.

No check-in, fui surpreendido com uma taxa de estacionamento. Solicitei nota fiscal separada para reembolso na empresa e prometeram resolver no check-out, mas juntaram tudo na mesma fatura, inviabilizando meu lançamento. Prometem uma coisa e entregam outra. O atendente no final ainda fica com cara de peixe morto! Falta transparência e profissionalismo.

começando pela recepção chegamos 2 da manhã e o atendente insistia que não tinhamos reserva, que teriamos que pagar, bati o pé mostrei até quem 20 min depois ele achou. Nunca fiquei em um ibis que fosse sujo igual esse, tinha cabelos e pentelhos na roupa de cama e coberta, as toalhas sujas, velhas, uma decepção em se tratando de um ibis.
