My room with king size bed was more than adequate. However, the first night, I woke up to a leak in the bathroom ceiling and water on the floor. They did switch rooms to a comparable one and that room had minor issues and were fixed right away. Staff were attentive.

Hotel is tired and in need of upgrade. Construction going on next to my room. Confusing light control, not explained until I went back to front desk. Phone system had no way to call operator or front desk, which was a problem when someone tried to open my door repeatedly late at night. Would not recommend at this time.

Most of the things at washroom are not working properly or not at all. The staff is so unorganized that they charged me twice for city tax. One of lady with Hijab at front desk was racist towards me. I would humbly request Diwan management to teach their staff to treat guests with respect because each guest work hard to get time off and enjoy their time to the best. Thanks.

Bonnes prestations en coeur de ville

J'ai passé un très bon séjour au Diwan Casablanca, aussi bien par l'accueil et le service, la taille, la propreté et le confort des chambres. Bien situé, il est facile de se divertir autant que se restaurer à proximité. Profitant de la présence d'un hammam, sauna et de la possibilité de se faire masser, j'y retournerai volontiers lors de mon prochain séjour.

General great value for stay

In general, it is a good place to stay in Casablanca, especially we booked a triple bedroom which the space and size of room is so big. The room is clean and comfortable, shower water is in very high pressure. The only thing that is not very good, but I think it's general thing in Morocco, the hotel didn't provide any bottle of water and kettle, also the breakfast did not have water as well.
