Fabulous Hotel

Booked 2 family rooms for an overnight stay. 2 bedroom villas were ideal and very spacious for 4 adults, a baby and a 5 year old. Breakfast was amazing, everything you could wish for. Great pool, plenty of sun beds and shade

Beautiful resort, spacious apartments, lovely pool, delicious breakfast, aircon works well, convenient parking and close enough to the coast. We were pleasantly surprised with the landtrain service which was a handy way to get to and from Carvoeiro. Staff all very helpful. Highly recommend, we would definitely stay here again!

Hotel is not at 5* by my standards. It is pleasant but I cannot understand the 5* status. We had to leave our bags with reception as we arrived early and our room was not ready. We were contacted by reception once we could pick up our key, only to be lumbered with our bags and pointed in the direction of our room so we could lug everything across the resort. The room we were in was basic and dated. The shower over the bath is dangerous! Its extremely precarious getting in and out. The gym is not worth visiting equipment is rusty and old and limited. We ate in the restaurant once and found it to be extremely salty. Breakfast was nice enough. Theres not really much to report, its a clean hotel with a pool, thats about it.

Really good time spent at the hotel. Staff were very friendly and ready to help with anything. Young guy at the pool area was extremely helpful and really proactive on his duty. Bar at the pool good, tasty fool, good cocktails and big portions. Breakfast good. Big choice of different foods and drinks.

Lovely holiday

We have just returned from a 3 week stay having been coming here intermittently over many years. It now new ownership and management since November 22 but although a little of the “Dolly” magic has disappeared, this is still a very comfortable and relaxing place to stay.We had a 2 bed townhouse with pool view and the condition and level of accommodation was very good .

Surprised how disappointed we were by our stay here based on all the good reviews. I dare say both meals we had in the restaurant (supper and breakfast) were the worst of over a week in Portugal. Pool was nice, service was good. It was nice having a large accommodation - I could see it being beneficial for a long term stay

I would highly recommend staying here. We are a family of 5 (2 adults, 15yrs, 11yrs & 10yrs) we had a 2 bed bungalow, hired a car, self catering. The accommodation is amazing, clean, spacious and very well kept. The staff are amazing, nothing is too much bother. Pool isn’t over crowded, plenty of sun beds and brollies no having to reserve at any point. Food was great and fair priced. I cannot fault it we had a lovely stay and we will definitely return. Thank you for giving us a lovely holiday 😊

All good. We have been coming here for the last 10 years. It would be appreciated if we did not get asked "is this your first time here?" every time we check in. Surely there must be a record of previous stays. A heated outdoor pool would also be a great addition.

Very nice hotel & spacey rooms. Very friendly staff at the restaurant and delicious breakfast & dinner. House maids also did a good job. We got an apartment with mould not only on the frame of 1 window, but also on doors, other windows. The smell of mould was strong as we entered the appartment. As hotel on this level, one would expect an apartment at this state should not be given to a customer in the first place. We were, however, offered another apartment only 5 minutes after claiming. Indoor pool & spa facilities very indifferent in consideration of this hotel of 5 star. The surrounding areas of the hotel very nice.
