Courtyard by Marriott Philadelphia Willow Grove
10/10 Excellent
"Same as usual here, front desk staff is amazing, and genuinely friendly and always doing extra to make your stay professional. The cleaning crew here doesn't miss anything. Everything u need is on site, or a walk through the parking lot. I wouldn't say the courtyard being beautiful is the main draw, the staff really does make the stay feel more welcoming.. the lobby is great too, nice t.vs dining areas, booths and tables.. nice spot to relax or get some work done. I love all the Marriotts, but this one checks all of the boxes.. also can never go with out mention ing how great the showers are! Super hot or as hot as u want it. And professionally cleaned! No mystery hairs or stained shower pads.. its all nice."

Radisson Hotel Philadelphia Northeast

"During check in I witnessed a man walk into the lobby visibly intoxicated or mentally unstable. He was stumbling and talking to himself. He then asked one of the front desk staff if he could use the outlet to change his phone. That staff member agreed and then pointed him in the direction of the lobby sitting area. I witnessed the whole interaction and became infuriated because at that moment, I didn’t feel safe staying in that hotel with my children. I complained to the other staff member behind the desk and informed him of what had happened. He reprimanded the other employee and then asked the man in the lobby to leave. He was also communicating with someone via walkie talkie about the situation. This incident took a while to be resolved and delayed my check in process. The man did eventually leave the lobby, but then he lingered outside of the entrance for an hour before eventually leaving. Their facility’s were nice overall at this hotel but I definitely would not stay here again, knowing that the lobby is also for the public’s use and not just hotel guest!"
