"my only issue was i stayed fri to sunday and never got clean towles or they didnt clean the room. cleaning the room is no issue but not having clean towles for the next day was an issue. maybe im not familier if u have to request freash towles now but.... other than that this is a decent hotel for the price. its just out of town so its not in a crazy busy place. i would stay here again"

"What a great stay! Taylor and Shelby both went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and easy. SUPER clean hotel, updates in room (electric blackout shades, cordless phone charging, etc) Breakfast was tasty, varied, and area was very well kept, with helpful and friendly staff. I broke a glass jar in my room and told front desk after I cleaned up what I could, and head housekeeper came by, very kind and obviously going to make sure every tiny bit would be cleaned up. WHAT A GREAT CREW!"

"We appreciated having the "scrambled eggs" though they are not fresh whole eggs. Some kind of filler or supplement added. But we ate them. :) I would have liked some grated cheese to add on top of the eggs. We liked having the hot sauce for the eggs. If there could be some fresh fruit salad (melon, berries, citrus, pineapple for example), that would be great. I did not have any pastries and would have preferred bread to make toast."

"Went to Texas for a funeral. Decided to give this hotel another try because we already had issues in the past. The room was ok except it smelled like mildew. Then after a long drive and even longer day, there was no hot water. Front desk said maintenance was offsite and nothing could be done. So had to go to family house to shower. Saturday prior to funeral at 11 AM shower was still cold. Nothing done. Right before checking out to go back to Ohio, AGAIN SHOWER WAS COLD. front desk said they were giving me a discount but they DID NOT. Said we’re so sorry. I scaled for a different room and due to capacity none were available, but they didn’t even try to fix it. Just go to Holiday inn. Doesn’t smell and I promise if something like this happens there, they get it fixed ASAP. So disappointed"
