"I am a frequent flyer to Cartagena and have tried multiple hotels in the city. Personally, I love this location because it is opposite Bocagrande, helping you avoid the crazy rush hour traffic. They also have an in-house travel agency, which makes booking tours a much better experience."

"If you go for sigh seeing its ok....the hotel its just ok... So do not expect any services... Ppl verly want to help you....you have to ask for fresh towels if you want... They do not provide hand or wash clothes... For room cleaning you have to ask its for a price... Just FYI"
