The property is beautiful with its modern decor. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The dining options were plentiful. I definitely would love to stay again if some type of transportation option was included. The hotel is approximately 30 to 40 minutes from the heart of the city where more of the locals live. The problem we encountered was getting a Uber in the morning; no one would accept the ride. The front desk staff would request a taxi, which took approximately 10 minutes to get there. We ate breakfast while we waited. On days when we scheduled excursions with pickup included, we had to contact them to learn if they would be able to pick us up and all stated we were to far. So we technically had to pay for transportation twice. This is definitely not a reflection of the hotel. The hotel could offer a transportation service twice a day that could drop you off near the clock tower at 8am and pickup you back up at the same spot at maybe 8pm. This could make them at least more marketable, since they are so far away. We never had a problem getting transportation from the city. I would love to go back and see if they make one of the adjacent store fronts an indoor pool.

Room was clean and staff was nice. Food pretty good. The shower turns scalding hot for a few seconds often, like when someone flushed a toilet in the old days. No walkability to restaurants or really anything. In a very industrial area. The A/C was great. And they have a game room with ping pong, pool table, foosball, and chess/checkers. The game equipment is kinda old. My queen bed room was $20/night. Definitely a steal compared to US rates, but you get a little less.

Great close location to the Shipyard I was working with, had everything I needed, hot water, clean sheets, cold AC and a mini fridge. Perfect for business in the Mamonal area, only 3 mins drive instead of 40 to go to Boca grande
