Love the place it’s beautiful! Mostly sea food to eat I’m not a big fan of sea food but they still had other options! Everything I ate was very good! The staff is excellent! We had a bunch of lizards in our room I named them all John they keep the mosquitoes away so be glad they are there!

As soon as you arrive to the property they are waiting for you and welcome you with a drink, they walked you to an area where they go over your stay, amenities, activities etc. the host was AMAZING!!! I love they have assigned areas for each family and is ready when you arrive so the employees take you to your assign area. The place is very quiet and so peaceful, all the employees were so nice, food was great, the water felt awesome. The rooms were super cute. We had a great time

Lovely stay at Carolina. Dream place amongst mangroves looking over the ocean. Colonial style decorations in the rooms. Food was ok- some of the fish didn’t seem fresh and we got a dessert that was microwaved as it hardened as soon as it cooled. But overall would go back- lovely hotel.

Best sunset and swimming in the Rosario Islandw

Best hotel in the Rosario islands for turquoise water swimming, kayaking, paddle etc our room faced the sea (10 steps between room and ladder to the ocean) and also direct view of sunset. We stayed for 3 nights which felt like the perfect time to rest and enjoy water activities. Food on the menu was delicious every breakfast lunch and dinner. Could do with some TLC to make it feel a bit more luxury or higher end. Unfortunately rats made their way into our room during 2 nights via the thatched roof… I guess be prepared for all of nature on the island! (the good and the bad)
