This property is located in a Central area and very walkable. The staff is great and friendly. The property is super clean and great for a Solo Traveler.There was no hot water for a good shower. So I took cold showers for 5 days. My toilet was clogged almost daily. The rooms are very very small.

I enjoyed the stay here, it was clean, I felt safe because there is always someone at the door. The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful when we asked for help. I loved that the location of this establishment was neither too close where it was noisy nor too far from all the fun in Cartagena.

I paid for dual occupancy and when my girlfriend showed up they charge me $100,000 pesos extra. I had occupancy for two and breakfast for two on my reservation, but they still demanded more. They were very unwilling to work it out with me an compromise. It also too over an hour to talk to them about this. Employees were moving through the hotel very early in the morning talking with regular level voice from 6:00am on, moving ladders, slamming doors, moving buckets, etc. the hotel is very tight quarters with a small hallway in between rooms. Staff shouldn’t be working in the room areas until at least after 8:00-8:30am

Thinks is a lovely property filled with wonderful art. This staff spoke no English and could not even understand google translate. My Room was about closet size and had to work at getting my suitcase in. The biggest problem was they do not provide hot water. This was not a cheap property on your site! I moved to a great hotel nearby for less money and they have great customer service, very nice rooms, pool, great breakfast and hot water. I think Columbia is not a good place to use Expedia. It is 3-4x local pricing. How can you list hotel with no hot water?

The room was very small on the 1st floor. Very basic. I felt that it was very overpriced. I’m in Bogata now at the Hyatt Place where my bed would fill the whole room at hotel Casa Balaure. Plus Im paying less. I felt this was $45 range room. Maybe other floor rooms were bigger.

Forfærdeligt ophold

Vi havde bestilt to værelser til ophold i en uges tid. Vi blev mødt af en receptionist der intet engelsk kunne overhovedet, hvilket var tilfældigt ved samtlige medarbejdere på stedet. Værelserne har absolut ingen lyd-isolering. Man kan høre alting. Forfærdelig oplevelse. Det ene værelse lå skråt overfor receptionen, her kunne man høre støj fra både gaden, receptionen, værelserne ved siden af og medarbejdernes færden. Helt igennem forfærdeligt. Der blev anmodet om at bytte værelse grundet generne. Men receptionisten (kvinde) gjorde intet for, at imødekomme ens ønske. Som dagene gik blev hun mere og mere ligeglad med en som gæst, og man blev mødt af en følelse af, at man var uvelkommen der. Det ene værelse var utroligt smalt, ingen plads til sine ting og havde ingen udluftning, så der var fugtigt konstant. Det andet værelse havde spindelvæv og myre på værelset, samt dårlig internetforbindelse hele ugen. Gældende for begge værelser var ligeledes, at der intet varmt vand var. Dårlig oplevelse at man dårligt kan gå i bad. Morgenmaden var som sådan okay. Ingen buffet men bestilling. Dog med begrænsning på, så er man sulten må man selv ud og købe mere. Rengøringspersonalet larmer uhæmmet fra kl 5 30 af, og gør intet for at give gæster en god oplevelse. Eneste positive ved hotellet er beliggenheden m.h.t. gåafstand til diverse ting, og tagterassen Overall er det, det dårligste ophold jeg har haft i 20 år. Anbefaler overhovedet ikke. Vælg et andet sted.
