Everything was amazing. You felt all the privacy you needed but the staff was always available. The property is awing, tastefully decorated. Every common area was its own experience and they are located in the popular block to shoot the street with the church. Completely recommend to everyone.

Absolutely. Here’s a warm, polished version that still sounds personal and stays comfortably under 1,500 characters: My family and I had such a wonderful stay at Casa Trujillo. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. Everyone was kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. I especially appreciated how patient they were with my very broken Spanish! They always made an effort to understand me and communicate with so much warmth and kindness, which made me feel comfortable instead of embarrassed. The hotel itself and our room was absolutely beautiful and has so much character. Everything was also very clean and well maintained, which made our stay even more comfortable. The location was incredibly convenient and made it easy for us to get around and enjoy the area. What stood out most, though, was the hospitality. The staff made both me and my family feel truly welcomed and cared for, and that made the experience feel much more personal than just staying at a hotel. I would happily stay at Casa Trujillo again and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

This is a beautiful building in the heart of the old town. However, staff were unresponsive to requests (problems with wifi and questions about laundry) and water was never left in the room (they tell you this will be done daily). The breakfast is basic and lacks choice.

El lugar es lo que sigue de hermoso y el personal es muy cálido y amable. Vale totalmente la pena. El desayuno es muy bueno, al igual que su ubicación. Disfrutamos mucho nuestra estancia.

This is an absolutely beautiful property and full of history in its walls, furniture, doors, balconies and overall architecture. The pool is amazing and so peaceful. The water temperature, perfect! It is definitely a minimalist historic house/hotel in the heart of the walled city of Cartagena. Our room was very comfortable, perfectly clean and nice. The a/c was heavenly and much needed. The rooms do not have a TV, but truly it's not needed when you are in a city like Cartagena or relaxing by the pool. The only food/bar serivice that you will get is breakfast, which is included and delicious. The staff is also minimal, but very kind and helpful. We needed trusted transportation from the airport and the hotel staff arranged it for us, which was so helpful. There is not a mini fridge, restaurant, or bar at this property, but if you bring cold drinks they are happy to store them in the kitchen fridge for you. There's always cold water and glasses available throughout the day in the dinning room area, which is nice. There's a small mini-market just around the corner called Ara, very helpful.
