Hotel Bantu gives you a genuine experience of Cartagena. The property is beautiful, location is quiet while being walkable to all the sites and most importantly the staff makes you feel like you are home. The breakfast was hearty and delicious. The rooftop pool was great for a morning or late afternoon dip. I will stay there again.

Airport shuttle sent from hotel (at a small cost) was waiting with a sign. Very friendly and accommodating. Hotel staff was so kind, professional and very helpful! The property is very appealing. Room was great, comfortable beds and very cold A/C. We would stay again!

Amazing boutique hotel! Loved everything about it. Staff is very cordial and attentive. They helped us booked several tours and trips to the islands. Sancocho de pescado was exquisite at the hotel restaurant. Everything was delicious and fresh. My kids loved our two story room, the hotel swing and the cookies/drinks available all day. We will definitely be back. Also, centrally located in a safe and quit area. We walked everywhere even the port.

Beautiful property with absolutely amazing and welcoming staff. The breakfast here was phenomenal, and the pool was a great escape from the heat. The hotel is overall very nice. Our stay was pleasant however we had to switch rooms on our second night due to some issues (noise, TV not working, shower drain blocked). Something to note is that only the rooms on the newer, left wing of the building have openable windows and therefore natural light and ventilation.
