"Hotel is small and quaint. Decor is rustic, and smelled a little musty. Carpet needs to be replaced. The room does not have a microwave, however the receptionist delivered a small microwave to our room when we inquired. The location is quiet, including the park. We felt safe. Walkable distance to the marina, the pier, and to State Street. The entire area is walkable with many wonderful restaurants, coffee shops and places to sit near the beach. "
"I loved that the bedroom was clean and especially that it had wooden floors. We had 2 queen beds, but, only one end table in the middle to accommodate the 2 beds. Property very well maintained! "
