"Staff are rude and unhelpful we were 20 mins early asked to leave our bags in bag storage and was made to feel like we couldn’t use it we wanted to get straight off and were made to feel like we should have just stood there for 20 mins and not explore Room was barely clean hair all over the bathroom wrapped around to towel holder didn’t even use the shower as it was that dirty Only positive was it’s location to train station to get into Venice St Lucia"

"โรงแรมใหม่ ทำเลสะดวก ใกล้สถานีรถไฟ และ ท่าเรือมากก"

"Our only complaint was there wasn’t ample lighting - also in two of our rooms the outlets were inoperable. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious though. It’s a quiet area in Venice that we appreciated being in after long days with lots of people. Nice little restaurants close and a water taxi stop that was never busy :)"
