"This hotel is so outdated. The tub surround on the shower has peeling caulking that was moldy, the curtains had some sort of stain on them, the AC didn't work and was so noisy. The tub/shower had barely any water coming out. The sink in the kitchenette area was clogged. Ice was on our floor but it was broken so has to go down the one elevator in the building for more ice, that machine works but the cup holder is missing completely. "It’s a great little stay, the amount of side doors to get to different parts of the building was amazing. downfall the key cards didn’t always work on those doors. the breakfast was not great. As a picky eater rubber looking eggs, one style of Hasbrown (seasoned pretty good tho) and then only bacon.. not ideal. No cereal, no pancakes, no variety. To drink Only watered down peach? Juice. Then the pool is FREEZING. Like we didn’t even get in just sat on the edge. Cause it was too cold to get in....

"Checked in July 1 about 3pm. Went out and about the town came back about 8 and wanted to have a hot shower. No pressure at all on the hot setting. So called them and they called me back later to move us downstairs. Very bland breakfast the same everyday. We would leave early to tour the town and come back each day and the room wasn’t made up or cleaned even after 5pm. That definitely needs improvement."

"I stay in A LOT of hotels. This is by far one the neatest hotels I have ever stayed in. It has historic accuracy, the lobby and rooms are elegant. The room was big. And the location is perfect to walk around downtown and to the tunnels of Moose Jaw. If I am ever in Moose Jaw again I will stay at the Grant Hall."

"If you need a cheap room, and don’t require anything fancy, it’s okay. Beds are terrible, staff not overly friendly, and it needs a serious Reno. Lots of hot water, great water pressure, and a really handy location though"

"They were renovating the hotel and painting right next to our room while we had a baby.. would have been better to shut down one wing at a time and paint it while there are no guests. The sauna did not work for a couple hours while we stayed there. My key card stopped working at 11:55 even though check out was not until 12:00 while I was trying to grab the rest of the baby items from my room. I was also charged $5 for parking, but never informed of this until check out and even then no one said...
