"Clean spacious room. Fresh waffles for breakfast . Coffee nice and hot."

"When we booked through Expedia the room shown was straight ocean view, not a side view. When my husband questioned the room the lady at the counter told him you booked through Expedia and there was nothing she could do."

"Very friendly staff"

"We traveled for our anniversary and chose to stay here at the hotel. The staff who assisted us were very friendly and the lady serving breakfast the next morning as well! The room we were originally placed in had an issue with the ac so we were switched to a different one. When we arrived to our new room we noticed it looked like they had some upgrades going on, however the ceiling had black mold on it. We did not request a new room and I’m sure we should’ve we just didn’t want to be bothersome...

"We stayed for one night it was an easy check in the rooms are really big but the deck outside needed a facelift and I see that they are doing work and I hope that they'll work on the balconies that's the only complaint"

"Our condo was in the older section. We had just paid a damage security fee and found the door on the main bathroom had a broken bottom hinge so the door couldn’t be properly closed. "The room was neat and clean. The air conditioner worked, it happened to be cold in Myrtle Beach and the system easily switched over to heat with no problem. The staff was friendly and explained everything about the hotel amenities and Wi-Fi. Breakfast bar was neat and the food was hot with plenty of choices to choose from. I had a pleasurable stay and highly recommend the hotel, prices were reasonable and plenty of restaurants and groceries stores in the area."
