"What we did like was the pool and the staff brought us towels every am! No vending machines. and what I didn't like was it was not a beach front - view! If you step outside of your room and look over the dune you could get a peek! It is very close to the beach. We arrived on a Thursday and "beach renourishment" was happening and there was an "orange construction fence" up so we couldn't walk on beach, until they finally took it down Saturday. It would have been nice to have been told but...

"There was no way the room was cleaned, sand under the duvet, flat sheet and fitted sheet, suspicious old looking blood stains on the duvet and sheets, eye lashes on the floor,little curly hairs everywhere, we have shoulder length brown hair and my husband is a red head...light fixture above the shower head had exposed wires,and finally behind the toilet looks like it had a rust blow out..yes we have pictures..10/10 would not recommend, not worth the money, we left at 10:48 pm and came home.."

"My reservation included food vouchers which I never received. I asked multiple front deck clerks for the vouchers and was told that the manager was not available but he would call me. No call. And as if it couldn't get worse, I'm see extra charges on my credit card."

"We've stayed here multiple times and have found it perfect for us. We get poolside rooms, because they are all 1st floor, ocean side can be 2nd floor (no elevator).You literally walk through a breeze way and your on the beach. Staff are friendly, restaurants are in walking distance and pool is kept clean. We highly recommend!"

"We arrived early and even though our room wasn’t ready we were able to use the pool while we were waiting. The hotel was easy to find and many good restaurants were in walking distance. Hurricane MO’s was awesome"

"It was a perfect place to stay for a girls trip. I will be honest and say the “remodel” wasn’t the best. Our door lock wasn’t on the door tight, chipped paint, and other little things. Overall a good place to stay in OBX! One complaint would be the lighting in the room. We were on the first floor so any natural light came from the front window literally open to the public pool area. With it closed it was like you were in a dark cave.. could barely see yourself to get ready in the room without...

"Upon arrival we were greeted with smiles and they explained the resort to us. The rooms were very clean and we had our miniature Daschund with us and she loved the balcony the most. We had 2 oceanfront rooms. I think we used just about all the amenities and even got chairs and umbrellas from the Beach Boss who was AWESOME. I think he really liked Pebbles, our dog. We enjoyed the bar, pools, hot tub, how walkable it is to other things like restaurants and shops and the drugstore is across the...
