"the heater was very loud and made it difficult to sleep as it was in a closet in the bedroom area. The door to the shower would not close and flooded the bathroom. The tv in the bedroom had no sound and the ice maker did not work. I reported all this to the front desk clerk . She was very nice , wrote it all down and pretty much explained they were aware of these issues. No compensation was offered."

"Room was clean. Staff was polite and accommodating. Parking convenient. There was construction within the building going on. Some noise during the day, construction workers hauling supplies and trash. Understandable. "

"Needs a smart tv so I can watch my social media on the tv. Also, the power went out due to a tornado/ severe windstorm so I had to go somewhere else to work on my computer for several hours."

"Disappointed the beach bar was not open yet and there were no lounge chairs avaliable yet for the beach. We enjoyed the inside bar in the evening. The staff were all very nice. The hotel was overall nice and clean. "

"Convenient location. Nice, clean hotel. Breakfast was disappointing as the waffle maker was broken, the eggs were rubber, and minimal options otherwise. Staff were all friendly. "

"The hotel is under some kind of construction. When we arrived we were informed for that the elevator was broken, the ice machine was broken, we had no hot water in our shower, and the building was in poor condition. What we paid for this stay was robbery. The only reason this hotel kept Our business is because there's nothing else near. Avoid this place if you can."
